Try out the growing sport of boys volleyball or come and advance your skills. Beginner to experienced players are welcome! Players will learn/advance their basic fundamental skills (serving, passing, setting and hitting) with an emphasis on maximum quality contacts, and then incorporate those skills into fun activities and competitions that build a higher understanding of the game. Players will be grouped according to skill level, to allow them to be successful no matter what their previous level of experience is. The plan is to work hard, and have fun learning an awesome sport that can be played for many years to come! 

Dana Pederson is a Mahtomedi resident who teaches Physical Education in Maplewood, and has over two decades of volleyball coaching experience. She played volleyball at Northern State University, and has been a head volleyball coach at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels.
